Refined RideScout MVP product concept from design and global business angles. Produced a working prototype to prove concept feasibility to Daimler leadership. Defined user stories and KPIs to focus scrum teams’ iterative, agile sprints. Shaped management and Daimler's perspective on design research, the relationship between interaction and visual design, and prioritization of UX problems.
