Senior Interaction Designer
Created designs for various products. Then, was promoted to lead a team of designers to bring Sync out of beta and make it ready for a broader market. Set design strategy, negotiated feature priorities, and strengthened team spirit.
Simplified tablet telephony while retaining full functionality and developed an interaction spec as a guidebook for development and visual design teams. Led scrums to find feasibility limits and ensure design completeness.
Helped a corporate client understand user needs for supply-chain software in the operating room. Performed video research, design analysis, and client workshops; delivered design architecture, detailed specs, and user testing.
Designed a template for app developers building location based services for iPad. Led cross-disciplinary teams to get buy-in from multiple departments.
